If you are an existing Canterbury family, you will go to your Parent Portal, and in the online forms section you will select the New Student-Existing Sibling Form from the form drop down. Once you fill out the form, our admin team will approve it and send an email with instructions on uploading the following documents: a recent photograph of the applicant, recent standardized test results (Grades 4-12), report cards and attendance for the last two years (Grades 1-12).
❏ $125 non-refundable Application Fee per student (to be paid from within the portal)

Applications will not be processed until all required documents are received.

2. Evaluation & Acceptance:

❏ A required evaluation will be completed on Friday, February 13th.
❏ You could possibly be contacted to schedule an interview with the Head of School.
❏ We will contact families regarding acceptance or denial in late February.

3. Upon Acceptance:

❏ Reserve your place in the classroom by returning the Enrollment Form and the full non-refundable Curriculum fee by March 2.

All applicants for Kindergarten are required to be five years old by August 15. We hold very tightly to this requirement, and even recommend that applicants with birth dates in any of the summer months consider waiting until the following year. Please note: Young applicants may be required to wait another year for admission based on evaluation.
