How to Re-Enroll
We have transitioned our re-enrollment to the Praxi Parent Portal in order to integrate the process, so you will follow the directions below and fill out the form there to re-enroll your student(s). You will use the student name drop down in the portal and fill out a Re-Enrollment Form for each student, and there is a 26-27 Tuition and Fees calculation sheet linked within the form so that you can calculate your tuition before signing.
Please note that filling out the Re-Enrollment Form serves as a binding financial commitment. Because CCS hires and sets the budget based on enrollment, it is significantly impactful when a student withdraws or decides not to come once enrolled. This means that families are still responsible for all tuition and fees once enrolled. We encourage families not to enroll as a placeholder, rather upon decided commitment to attending CCS for the 26-27 academic school year.
*The re-enrollment deadline for current families is February 9, 2026. After this date we cannot guarantee a place in your student’s class due to new student admissions.*
We also wanted to mention the NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship for families who have not yet applied. This is a state-funded tuition scholarship program and is open for any family to apply who is attending a non-public school in North Carolina. The application window opens soon- February 2-March 2. This will be the only opportunity to apply for for the 2026-2027 school year. We would encourage any family who has not applied to do so during that time frame! RE-ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Log into Parent Portal (web-based browser, not the app)
Go to Online Forms (top menu bar or from the three bar menu on left)
Select Student Name from the drop down
Then select Re-Enrollment Form
Fill out the form- you will be prompted and required to pay the non-refundable $125 Re-Enrollment Fee before submitting
You will need to do a separate re-enrollment form for each student, by selecting their name in the student drop down box
To submit the form, you must scroll up to the top left and select “Shopping Cart-Submit” and from there you will enter payment info and check out to submit the form
