Canterbury is delighted to participate in the North Carolina Education Assistance Authority’s The Opportunity Scholarship Program. 2026-27 enrollment window is February 2-March 2, 2026 (this date is subject to change, please refer to NSCEAA)
Tuition 2026-2027
Kindergarten Half Day: $6,600/year
Kindergarten Full Day: $6,600 + $1,700/year
Grammar School (1st-6th): $7,700/year
Logic School (7th-8th): $8,000/year
Rhetoric School (9th-12th): $8,700/year
See our Tuition and Fee Table as a visual tuition and fees guide. Tuition does not include personal school supplies like backpack, lunch box, water bottles, uniforms, school pictures, and field trips. Students are asked to bring a lunch, snack, and water bottle daily.
Tuition may be paid on a 10-month pay schedule, per semester or in a single payment.
Tuition is due the fifth day of each month when utilizing the 10-month (August - May) schedule.
Tuition is due on August 5 and January 5 when utilizing the semester payment schedule.
Application Fee/Re-Enrollment Fee
A non-refundable $125 fee for all students, whether applying for the first time or re-enrolling for the upcoming school year, paid at the time of application or at re-enrollment.
Enrollment/Re-Enrollment Forms
A form to be signed by new and returning families reflecting their commitment to attend Canterbury Classical School, and acknowledging their responsibility for all tuition and fees, even upon nonattendance or withdrawal from the school.
Yearly Curriculum Fees
A non-refundable fee for all students, which covers all curriculum and books necessary for the school year.
K-1st $250
2nd-6th $360
7th-8th $420
9th-12th $470
Yearly Supply Fee:
A non-refundable $95 fee for all students, covers all school supplies except for a planner in Rhetoric School. Specifications will be provided in advance of the school year. Students are responsible for their own uniforms, backpacks, lunch box, water bottles, etc.
Commencement Package (12th grade only):
A non-refundable $120 fee for all 12th graders. Rhetoric school senior commencement packages include the graduate’s diploma, cap, gown, stole and tassel regalia, and House color cord along with honors related cords.
